1 .Company History The companies (Navneet Publication) story began in Dhanlal brothers, a small bookstore in Mumbai, and 1945. They sold new and secondhand book. In 1959 the shop issued its first book under the “Navneet brand”. The company was incorporated in 1984. Under the name of “Booking publications and trading company limited”. The name was changed to Navneet Publication (India) limited in 1991. In 1987, based on the principle of hard work always pays but lack also fays a great role, Shri Laljibhai Bappa laid down the foundation stone of Navneet publication (India)limited. Motivated by his family members Laljibhai worked very hard to achieve his goods and objective. He always relived in quality + quantity, rather then producing quality. He aimed at consumer satisfactions hilarity so Navneet printing press plants in Kalol (Ahmedabad).

To facilitate the work in the field of publishing Navneet installed an ultramodern printing press at Dantali near Ahmedabad in 1987 By 1991 sophisticated printing and binding machinery had been imported to complete the modernization –cum-expansion plan. Machinery to manufacture paper stationary products was installed at Vasai near Mumbai in 1993.They also installed a state of the art note book on line machine in 1995 at Daman. The operation at Daman has been shifted to a more spacious factory at Silvassa. Over the decades the company has emerged as the premier educational products & Services Company in India. The company possessed a copyrighted archived in excess of 2700 titles in English, Gujarati, Hindi, Marathi, and few other Indian languages. The one and the only listed educational products and services company on the stock exchange in India is Navneet publication (India) limited. The next millennium will see Navneet publishes geographic expansion in the international market. The company’s products are sold under the Navneet gala & Vikas brand names. The company enjoys a leading position in the premium stationary markets in India, the Middle East parts of Africa, U.S.A and Europe.
