The correction phasehas been marked with business re?organisation (asset as well as liability side) into specializedfunctional divisions, centralisation of processes, up?gradation of technology, products, riskarchitecture and human capital management, with clear focus on improving overall productivity, efficiency and thus profitability. Over the past eight quarters, bank has witnessed significantexpansion in profits, strong upsurge in margins, and reduction in cost and NPAs.
