Indian laws are made to give only judgement and not justice

Indian constitution is framed in a way to give judgement with the evidences without considering whether justice has been delivered or not. This leads to ppl to appeal against the judgment in higher courts. But what is the purpose when justice is not delivered? The motto of the Indian laws is not to punish the innocent let alone the guilty. This is working in favor of most of the guilty who are fabricating the evidences and appearing as innocents before law.But when thinking on moral grounds those criminals can be punished immediately without mercy which can also bring faster justice. We know that our Indian law system is not fool-proof,we must bring in some system which should deliver justice and that system should be in the hands of the ppl.

Any thoughts in this regards?

Sometimes i also feel that Indian laws are made for giving judgement not justice. Just take the case of Bhopal Gas Tragedy, the culprit of that mishap had been escaped and left the country without any problem. In India, we can't blame any single person because we all are are greedy and want to get our work done in any way.
