Does Indian culture nurture leadership? The answer is both yes and no according to me.

India is divided into those who follow our own culture in villages and those who follow western culture in cities.

The one's in villages have their traditions and family values which help them develop leadership. Our games like hockey, khokho or festivals like janamashtmi , ganesh chathurthi, diwali etc do ensure holistic development.

Western culture on the other hand is restricted to alcohol and partying which seldom develops leadership skills.

Culture can be understood as the sum total of ways of living built up by a group of human beings and transmitted from one generation to another.Culture shapes the persons personality ,mannerism towards society.so as far as Indian culture is concerned its truely special as its enriched with good values and teachings and it obviously makes a person a good leader and imbibe leadership qualities.:cr-02902::cr-02902:
