I have noticed that some people in the United States are against immigration, whether it is legal or not. I just can't wrap my head around this. Every person in this country is the direct result of immigration...even Native Americans. Native Americans actually immigrated from Asia across the Bearing Straight. Europeans immigrated later on.
So if we are all descended from immigrants, why are we against them now?
