I[/i]ndian Institute of Management Calcutta, Management Centre for Human Values (MCHV) invites you to the Swami Vivekananda Memorial Workshop on “Developing Ethical Leadership”, sponsored by ONGC endowment.[/i]

The workshop will be conducted by Dr. Gururaj Karajagi, Chairman, Academy for Creating Teaching, Bangalore.

Dr. Gururaj Karajagi is a committed educationist who has spent more than three decades in teaching and establishing outstanding institutions that reflect the highest principles of educational philosophy and human values. Dr. Karajagi has published over 22 research papers in International Journals. He is also a serving member of the State Resource Group (SRG) for the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) and NAAC accreditation in the colleges of Karnataka.

Dr. Karajagi is a well-known columnist who writes for a popular daily and has nearly completed 700 columns. His three books entitled “Karunaalu Ba Belake” are immensely popular and have seen several editions. He is also known for his daily spiritual discourses on a bilingual T. V. Channel – Sri. Sankara.

His areas of interest include Creativity, Creative & Critical Problem Solving Skills, Communications Skills, Motivation, Work-ethics and Human Values. He has designed a complete curriculum in Creativity which is being used in different Universities in Austria, U. S. and U. K. He has conducted more than 500 training programmes in India and abroad for educational and corporate organizations.

Professor Shekhar Chaudhuri, Director, IIMC will inaugurate the workshop.
