It is the simple formula to stay in business, like when Reliance started free incoming in mobiles every other company followed him because they couldn't beat him and wanted to be in business.
If we try to remove the negativity than no need to follow .. Because who knows that the person you are following is taken over by some other person tomorrow and then would be nothing to do so as to follow a new person ..
Well one can do that if one has some sort of foundations or is not intellectual enough because then and only then u can succumb to follow a path and stop exploring ..
you appreciate success ..thats fine ..
you acknowledge the good deeds of an idividual .. thats fine
But that in any way does not imply if you'r work is not good enough or has not shown any sign of 'beating' someone in the same field; you stop and start following the person who is at top position.. who decides that you have beaten somebody or not .. media, people around you , you your'self or someone else ???
