HTC Launched 2 new phones
Along with the flagship HTC M8, HTC has also launched the Desire 210 budget smartphone in India for Rs 8,700. The smartphone will be available by the end of this month, while the M8 is expected to hit store shelves by early next month.
The Desire 210 sports a 4-inch WVGA display with 800×480 pixels of resolution. Like most sub-Rs 10,000 phones, the device gets dual SIM support – one for micro-SIM and another for regular SIM. Under the hood, it is powered by a 1GHz MediaTek MTK6572 dual-core processor, coupled with mere 512MB of RAM. The device gets rather older flavor of Android, and the company hasn’t mentioned the version of Jelly Bean it runs. The Desire 210 gets 4GB of internal memory that can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card slot. It also comes fitted with a 5-megapixel rear camera and a VGA front-facing camera. The connectivity options include 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. All of this fuelled by a 1,300mAh battery.
On the other hand, the high-end flagship M8 comes with the quintessential HTC One design and this time around there’s more metal than ever before in the construction. Some other specs of the device include 5-inch full HD display, 5-megapixel front-facing camera, 2600mAh battery, Android 4.4.2 KitKat with Sense 6 UI, 16GB/32GB storage, 2.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor and 2GB of RAM.
