HRM Porject

HI I'm Nilesh doing my first year PGPM. I'm intending to do my SIP in HR. However I'm confused with the project. Can anybody suggest me some Good topic to work upon.

well there are many regular topics but i feel u can take a topic like many companies take there employees to small trips like lonavala etc play management games etc and build there team spirit m not getting the exact word wat is it said will tell as soon as i get it

Hey roshan, i think compensation Management is a process which is used to managing the work-employee relationship by giving monetary and non-monetary advantages to staff members.
