Hi..mates!!!
am Hari..a fellow MBA aspirant . Am at sunderland University,UK.
Below is a topic for my course work... .I would really appreciate ,if you guys could participate in helping me to finish it.
The employees’ attitudes and perceptions in an organization has got significant impact on the employees’ job satisfaction and performance ..
what do you think?
Do you stand by it? or against it?
Please involve in this healthy debate topic , justifying your opinions with proper examples or references..
 
Employees attitude and perception is reflected interms of their behavior towards customers. e.g. couldbe of SouthWest airline employees attitude towards customer

but my friend i was trying to investigate whether there a relation between employees’ attitudes & perceptions and their job satisfaction and performance.
and i can't see how it could be related to the customers ....!!!!
 
reality is nothing more than share perception ... so will it affect an employees satisfaction and performance.. ofcourse it will !
 
hi im not able to understand how u r correlating employees perception to job satisfaction.....kindly elaborate......
