yea..the book on HRM by kale-ahmed (vipul prakashan) is good....But u can even refer to ashwatthapa's book on HRM....

ashwatthapa's book on HRM is way way way way better than kale n ahmed.. and MP notes are way better than ashwatthapa

Fr HRM try readn as much frm international authors aswell namely : Dessler, Stephen Robiins & Decenzo,Paul,Flippo.etc..they are awesme..else our own indian versions r nt bad as well..like: Aswathppa,Mamoria etc...
