PACT- The performance assessment and coaching tool Pact is not just about rating and rewards it’s a process to enhance the performance and develop the skill.
The process include… ? Maintaining a constant dialogue between the employees and supervisors ? Setting target for the employees ? Ensuring that the employees performance is on the track ? Assessing the performance at the end of the year ? Identifying the top talent and those who need to improve their performance ? Linking the reward received by employees to their performance ? Identifying the training needs of the employee.
