HR project

Could a project (HR-information system, Performance Appraisal,

employee motivation) be considered if implemented at an

academic center consisting of only 10 employees?

Also, in case of implementing a HRIS project, what front-end

and back-end programming languages could be used? Could the

HRIS be made an online-system? What front-end and back-end

languages could be used in that case?

Line managers usually carry out the performance appraisal. They are likely to have day-to-day contact and be aware of the employee's performance. It is also common for senior management to see the results, so that they are kept up to date on staff progress.

Put simply, an HRIS system is the integration of HR activities and information technology. It enables data entry, and tracking and management for human resources, payroll and accounting.

Many back end developers know front end languages such as HTML and CSS but need to use languages such as Java, PHP, Ruby on Rails, Python, and . Net to get the back end job done. Back end developers are most focused on a site's responsiveness and speed.
