HR in call centers

i wanted info related to hr in call centers.i have my friend working at call center for dell company and another at hutch. i wanted to ask that if i approach them how many pages info would they give me.what should i ask them.please reply. i have to submit on 18th of this month.. i have posted same title help under my id killin_joe in HR forum..i dont know y m i baned

Hey kk, do not worry about the project. I am going to provide you the report on HR in call center.
