Group Discussions aren't something that we are alienated from at this point of time. It is just yet another way for the management to assess your skills, technical aspects and mainly about communication capabilities.
Usually you are giving a topic to discuss and the discussion goes on for about 15-20 minutes, this ultimately judges your levels of communications, skills, leadership ability, spontaneity of thinking and decision making, reasoning ability and the aspects of working as a ultimately. The basics and basis for which you are assessed determines the need for the management to enroll a good choice.
