In todays world where we all are busy to make up our careers or fulfilling our dreams, we forget about the basic things which are as important as our dreams like food, relations, health, etc. Among all these things we all neglect hygiene the most. So, what are those basic hygiene tips you wanted evry1 to follow?

Yoga and meditation are the only things that can save the busy people of this busy world
 
According to me Basic hygiene tips would be keeping ourselves up-to-date, meditation, yoga, home food, and concentration etc.. would help us being in state where we working and also help us to be hygienic..
 
If your busy schedule isn't allowing you regular time to exercise, aim to walk part of your way. Instead of Elevators, you could flight up the stairs.

Eating fresh vegetables can help offset the negative health effects of being overworked and under rested.

Try Washing your Hands every time you eat.
 
some other tips on personal hygiene are:
Shower or bathe daily.
Practice good, frequent handwashing.
Wear clean clothing with an apron. Change the apron when it gets dirty.
Keep hair confined.
Keep fingernails clean and avoid wearing nail polish or jewelry.
Avoid touching your face, nose or mouth while preparing food.
Do not prepare food if you are ill and report your illness to your supervisor.
Avoid coughing or sneezing around food.
 
Basic and most important thing is Washing the Hand.

In their busy schedule they have no time to wash their hands and forgot the infections caused by it.

Here are the Few tips; If u dont have a time to wash your hand oftenly, pls wash your hands atleast before or after this:

* Following the use of the commode.

* After handling other bodily secretions.

* Contact with rubbish/waste bins.

* Before and after food preparation.

* After coming in contact with animals.

* After being in contact with an individual who has a cough or cold.

* After caring for a personal who is ill, changing dressings, administering medicine.
* Caring for the elderly.

* Changing an infant's diaper.

* Before and after your duties if you are a food handler or health professional.

* Before changing contact lenses.
