How to get more traffic?

As per mine opinion, Social networking sites is one of the best source for getting more traffic. We know that There are so many social networkings sites available like Yahoo , Facebook , Twitter etc. Where We can easily get more traffic.
 
Some of the suggestions to provide...

--Write and submit articles . It is a the method which works. Write quality unique articles, not articles that are rehashed or provide no insight to readers..

-- Do not be boring, write about something that a wide select of people would want to know about.

-- Are you selling something that wide groups of people want to know about but there is limited/scarce knowledge? If not aim for a more targeted niche, which there is lack of knowledge for.

-- Have an easy to remember domain name. If your domain name is too long or not memorable then people may forget your site.

-- Start a publicity campaign, do something that individuals in your niche will take note of.
 
there is something called SEO Search Engine Optimisation and Digital Marketing which will help you to put your website top in the search engines and also online advertising as well as sposnsoring management events and advertising in management colleges can boost the traffic
