I am new at this site and also at HR in general. I would like to help me with my assignment if you can.
I have to do an analysis, (basically auditing), of the main activities of the HR function of a local organization here in Cyprus (Europe). I have to describe the different kinds of HR activities taking place in the organization (job description, recruitment and selection practices, compensation systems, training and development etc). To do so, a set of questions pertaining to the described HR activities has to be developed.
BUT, I have no idea on how to conduct this questionnaire. I have searched through Internet but the only surveys I found was on how to audit a company. I couldn't find anything about how to ask employees to assess the HR activities...
Is it possible to help me on this?? It will very much appreciated! Thank you in advance!
