Amity is a good institute but its known more for its generic MBA....And moreover an MBA in IB would restrict you to one sector only and you'll not have much of options if you ever want to switch..... Its better to go in for other well known institutes and do a generic MBA...It'll keep the doors to many other fields open....You can consider Alliance,Christ,BMA,IILM-Gurgaon/Lodhi Road, BIMM.....
