HOUSE SERVANTS VS EMPLOYEES IN FORMAL EMPLOYMENT

Some leaders at work operate more like a police unit at supervisory level. They constantly check on their surbodinates.Organizations should work at promoting the culture of employees working under minimum supervision. I am always mesmerized when I consider the freedom to work that servants have in their master’s home. The master is away most part of the day, leaving his house which is full of valuable items, in the hands and trust of his/her servant Rarely does one phone back home to make a follow up on how work is progressing. There seems to be an unconscious trust that work shall be done by the servant accordingly. If only organizations could borrow some principle of work culture from this- that of trust and minimum supervision- there would be fewer supervisory positions.
Do u think this

House servants these days are trusted to a extent but if we see the number of robberies and killing of masters, the scene is terrible...

WHile if we see organised service, the company is responsible if there is any theft or misconduct and they will take care of the employee..
