I am HSMMXX, a new member of your family. I am from New Delhi. I am a Software Engineer by profession. In past I have worked on many financial program development and at present pursuing MBA in HR from ICFAI and came to know about this website when I was searching for the material on "Performance Appriasal" for my project. Needless to add that I think I am at the right place.

Apart from that, my hobbies include Computer Gaming (I hate consoles) and listening to music.
