plz search the forum...usin search button...dwnload all thefiles related 2 ur topic frm forums...n ther prjects...lots r thr... i guess tht i more thn sufficient... but hv patience n browse properly ..indepth threads also...for few other uploaded files...use advanced search

If not....would request you to not just go thru the above mentioned threads....but also "Google".....and do a Wikipedia search....
The first outcome YOU whould aim for is....
1.Defining your project
coz the area of recruitment....selection.....placement is rather vast - even keeping da 100 marks in mind!
One tip...
Define your project in terms of which industry you would like to concentrate on.....perhaps which country also <given the fact that most companies are going glocal>
