please help me out with the summer internship project on HR administration system.I have to develop and document HR administration system for midsize bussiness. I donot have any idea about what is HR administration system.. please suggest me some good books and sites to find about the same..and i have searched these things on all posiible search engines.. but in vain... please help !!!
