Hi i am new here ...i have been given a project on "A comprehensive study of changing trend in Recruitment procedure fro management graduates" .... if anyone have this project could upload it or could anyone help me with the idea of what should be included in this ? plz help :)

Give us some more background information. What exactly are you supposed to do?

Trends in recruiting would differ from industry to industry right?
 
yes trends could differ in diff industries.... but i have been supposed to do ... what is the current trend in the recruitment procedure for management graduates ..could be in any industry..... what was the recruitement procedure before & what is the current trend now ?? ? how & whts the reason behind change in recruitment procedure ??


If u hv any project or any idea plz help... urgently needed :|

dont have a project on this. Anyways can suggest u some material..which can help u get an idea or lay a foundation for ur work.

can go thru publications like HRD Reviews--by the Academy of HRD
-HBR
-HRD Newsletter
-Read books on this subj matter written by Authors Diane Arthur, Margaret Dale

these publications have some contemporary articles on the mentioned topic.

Thank you .. i will check out the newsletters ..i dont have tht book though ... see if i can get on internet ....& if u get some articles please post it ... thank you again : )

Iam doing my final year project on HR training and development. i need to know what to write for limitations of the project(training and development).
