i am doing a project on recruitment in a manufacturing company. The project would identify the effectiveness of recruitment process in their organisation by analysis of the data that how many people that have joined in the past three years are still continuing and what was their source of recruitment. Also what is reason for the employees who have left why did they do so. and how many left in the past three years.
i have calculated the attrition rate for the company. i also have the induction policy of the company. but i dont know what else to do in the project.
please help
