Help in Fiedler's contingency theory and Leader-member exchange theory!

I just started my course and i felt totally lost as I don't understand the theory till I can't start with my assign. I feel like giving up my course. I only have 2pages so i only can write 1 theory each on 1 page. Regarding Li Ka Shing and his employees. I only have 1 and a half day left to do. Can anyone help?
