urgent help needed

d title of my proj is - " plan is dead, longlive plan"

basically an analysis is to be done how planning is relevant or irrelevant in indian context....hitory of plans, their success and failures..

if any help anyone can provide, i wud b very grateful...

start with 1st 5yr plans adopted by India after independence.. then show hw the plan failed n succeeded acc. and show which plan had what priorities, al d best
