we have to go to an organisation ask ppl some questions and note done their replies. eg: what do u mean by entertainment? now the ans will differ but we have to find some link between them. as they r frm the same organisation their thought will have somethin in common this has to be creatively, stratergically put up in a 15 min ppt.. do help if u understand anything as i failed to.

this has to be creatively, stratergically put up in a 15 min ppt..

 people in bms tend to use big words these days.

IMHO Analysis on work culture doesn't really reflect on generic questions like these .

You will have to come up with a better set of questions that would have linkage with thought process fostered by the organisation.

thanks alot for the reply.. and u know this was the question given as an example inclass by the teacher, and nowhere did she mention the term "IMHO Analysis on work culture ". so now i know what to search for.

oh not again :p

IMHO is short form for " In my humble opinion " frequently used in the corporate world.

Though you can use the term "analysis of work culture" in your search :)

can somebody please guide me for this same project. we have been asked to interview 3 levels of management of a service sector organization and describe the "thread" of thoughts about the same questions flowing through the opinions of these three levels of management. we have to bring out the flaws in the organization as a result in the discontinuity of thought in the organisation levels.

we are also encouraged to conduct a practical spoof of a drawback in the the company's policy/approach.

(for example, my friend went to mc donalds with empty containers to fill in ketchup at the restaurant and take home as mc donalds has no policy on the limit of ketchup a customer can take.)

any help would be appreciated.
