Help!! Brand Failure - Shampoo

Hiii Ppl,
I require info / project on any shampoo brand that has failed in the country.. Also brand failures for any other product category will also do ! ..

Chik or chick some similar spelling. That shampoo failed miserably because of its non pronouncable name

The rural markets remember products with their logos or their special characteristics or its mascots.

Like lifeboy soap is recognised as the red soap.

Asian paints as "gattu" paint ( gattu being the name of the mascot )

There are a lot of brands that failed. Some because of dulpication of products. Some because of mis communication .

If you have Ramki book on rural marketing, you would come across hell lot of examples.

Also the TP gopalswami book is good for such examples.
