Take only a part of HRM like recruiting, motivating, training, conflicts, exit interviews, etc..
After selecting it write all details about it and make it about 40-45 pages..
Ideally, you should first give the introduction --- history --- need of (your topic) --- (your main part) --- how are the companies benefited --- case studies --- conclusion
Add 2 Case Studies..
Min 1 but if your no. of pages is less than increase the no. of case study.. I guess you will be required 2 case studies..
you can easily get ITC Case Study as I guess it is available somewhere on the net.. 2 persons from my class had taken this case study and they found it on the net.. so give some pains to your hands and search it.. Take anyother second example if the no. of pages are less.. Go for Godrej.. Godrej HR people are very nice and co-operative.. They will help you a lot..
