HI GUYS PLS PLS PLS HELP ME OUT YAAR... ACTUALLY I NEED TO SUBMIT
TOPIC WITH A PROJECT LAYOUT FOR MY 1OOMKS PROJECT.. BUT I DONT UNDERSTAND WHICH TOPIC TO CHOOSE ACTUALLY M INTERESTD IN HRM BUT DONT KNOW WHETHER I SHUD GO FOR IT OR NOT COZ ITS A DRY SUBJECT....
N IDONT UNDERSTAND FROM WHERE TO START?? HOW TO DO ???

PLS PLS PLS .. HELP ME OUT M SCARED NOW MMMMMMMUUUUUUMMMYYY
 
Take only a part of HRM like recruiting, motivating, training, conflicts, exit interviews, etc..

After selecting it write all details about it and make it about 40-45 pages..

Ideally, you should first give the introduction --- history --- need of (your topic) --- (your main part) --- how are the companies benefited --- case studies --- conclusion

Add 2 Case Studies..
Min 1 but if your no. of pages is less than increase the no. of case study.. I guess you will be required 2 case studies..

you can easily get ITC Case Study as I guess it is available somewhere on the net.. 2 persons from my class had taken this case study and they found it on the net.. so give some pains to your hands and search it.. Take anyother second example if the no. of pages are less.. Go for Godrej.. Godrej HR people are very nice and co-operative.. They will help you a lot..
 
Hey Sapna, this is my HRM project made on Godrej Ltd..

For this project, the questions were given our professor and we were asked to bring the answers..

I've seen many ppl upload ppt and doc in one post.

@ Karthik, the error was - this page cannot be displayed..
Yesterday, I tried a lot but I couldn't upload it.. I had even tried by winzip but still was unable to upload that file..
Now its uploading properly..
