Q1. Being a student of IMT Ghaziabad is it a different feeling?
It is a chilling out place. The reason for the chilling environment is basically IMT Ghazaibad is a student driven college where there is more fun than the studies and lot of social service activities also. No theoretical it is basically practical studying at IMT Ghaziabad
Q2. What is the company profile?
Mindscrewer Entertainment LLP is a Venture which is an annual arts exhibition like Kala Ghoda. It has five verticals that is Music, Drama, Photography, Cinema and Literature. It’s tagline goes as learn, compete and enjoy. We conduct workshops on movie making and also performance contests.
Q3.Why an entertainment venture?
Entertainment industry has lot of opportunities. All the people in this industry suffer the biggest hurdle that is the entry in this industry. Specially if you go in the vertical of movie making then entry becomes a barrier to many talented people. We in this venture are trying to get the concept of independent film making in India like the western. We have competitions where in the prizes are getting a chance to work as intern with with Bejoy Nambiar ( director of the movie Shaitan) etc.
Q4. How did Mindscrewers click?
We wanted to initiate the concept of independent film making. The films whose buget does not exceed more then one lakh to two lakh.
Q5. Can you tell us something about the initial days- what kind of challenges, struggles did you face?
For us the biggest struggle was we were in a b-school and managing the curriculum and the company was very difficult initially. In the starting days we had 10-12 employees who were themselves students so to source people we had the concept put your investment in the company and get the profit share.
Q6. What was the turning point in your business /career?
I would say the turning point of the business was when we got support from people like Chetan Bhagat, Jagjit Singh, Bejoy Nambiar etc.

Q8. Was juggling between your MBA and company too hectic?
It was not hectic if your vision in place. IMT Ghaziabad gave us ample opportunities ad even the students supported us in our venture.
Q9. What plans ahead for the company ahead?
Well we want to have an annual arts festival, also want to add more to contemporary dancing, grooming, producing more talent and giving them the right platform.
Q10. Any message to young entrepreneurs
Just in one line I would say that “Pull on your socks and do whatever you want to do.”

We are a team of four:
- Myself Hardeep Pathak: Done my specialiazation in marketing and I have also done 6-7 short films
- Chetan: Who is the head of Literature club from his college days and has also done dramas and is specialized in Human Resource
- Dhiraj Pandey: He has done his specialiazation in finance handles our music vertical as he has was Guitarist in a band and has performed in a national event also.
- Gaurav Sharm: He has also done his specilization in marketing and handles the Photography Vertical
