H1-B Visa-over exploitation or room for more?

With April coming, many ppl in India will start dreaming about their US trip after filing their visa applications. This year the application can be filed for 5 days.Last year more than 1 lakh has been received for 65,000 visas and this is bound to increase this year also.People are really divided on this issue. Some people suggest that corporates are over-exploiting this part and depriving the U.S people's employment thereby increasing the unemployment rate. While some people are taking exactly the opposite path.People want to increase the no.of. H1-B to get more people to US.They strongly suggest that Indians are not denying any jobs for Americans. So now what is your call?Do you want to increase theH1-B cap or reduce it?

It all depends on the demand and supply chain I guess.

They need to amend this H1b process to protect foreign workers against job loss and protecting workers from harassments from employers.

WELL WHEN USA SPEAKS OF WTO AND FREE TRADE WHY SHOULD IT STOP H1B VISA.IT WILL HINDER ITS GROWTH BECAUS EINDIAN EMPLOYEES ARE CONTRACTED AT A MUCH LOWER PRICE
