Grading Vs Percentage

Which option do you prefer Grading or Percentage in yout marksheet?

Well I would prefer percentage system over grading system because percentage system.
Grading will make it tuff to identify the real toppers and it will be easier to clear studies as india is facing literate unemployment these days, in coming days this problem can increase. Whereas percentage system set a criteria and differentiate between various toppers and set a limit to clear exam.

I prefer percentage system as it creates a healthy competition. and competition triggers performance and excellence.

Grading would be good for better reatining of srudents than % as people will loose their confidence
