The best way to come up with points is to jot down what u know about the topic and then asking for help. This way we can extend more from what u know to what u do not know.

It certainly affects the quality of education. The decision of management is affected by the thoughts and deeds of the politicians and this does not always give perfect liberty needed by an education institute to deliver its best to the society.
