Google Glass Driver wins in Landmark Case

Southern California inhabitant Cecilia Abadie showed up in San Diego traffic court on Thursday for speeding and for wearing Google Glass while driving. It is viewed as the first time when somebody was wearing the face-mounted technology while driving.

Commissioner John Blair tossed out both charges, expressing there wasn't sufficient proof to beyond a reasonable doubt that the Google Glass was turned on around then. It is just illegal to wear the device while driving if it is operational.

It may be legal but do you think it is ethical?
 
I think people who drive wearing google glass should be punished severely. A few years down the line when the technology is established, the scenario will be different but right now, I think this judgement was immoral.
