1. Leading Sales team onto targets set .
2. Ensuring proper qualification based on market trends, our strengths and the competition.
3. Enrolling Customer Intimacy thru the Sales Team in particular and the Organisation in general.
4. Motivating the Sales team thru right engagement, inputs and coaching.
5. Measuring their performance against agreed targets and ensuring alignment.
6. Identifying training needs and enabling the same.
7. Ensuring proper understanding of the Incentive scheme amongst Sales team and empower recognition, competition & inspiration.
8. To be in touch with all key Customers and Consultants and enhance LC Brand Image to leverage Sales.
9. Rethink Sales Strategy from time to time, ensure right approach and resources availability to implement effectively.
10. To check processes in the Sales, Marketing & Tendering Departments and improve same with IT tools such as Estimation Software, CRM and Electronic Marketing etc. Also to ensure the LC website is updated periodically and in line with attracting maximum Customer interest.
Job Skills :
In Electrical Switchgearof Low Voltage such as...
ACBs, MCCBs, Contactors, SDFs, Drives, Soft Starters, Capacitors, DG Sync controls etc.
And also in MV line such as
VCBs, SF6 Breakers, Compact Sub Stations, RMUs, Vacumn Contactors etc.
Specialised knowledge in DG Controls or Power Factor correction preferred.
Familiarity with the makes of Schneider, ABB, SIemens, L&T, GE preferred.
Should have been exposed to "Solution" selling, not just product selling.
