Getting orphans homes!

To get more orphans adopted, there should be a drive to get single women to adopt. This could be beset with a monetary gain each month - some women don't want to marry, but want children. So it all comes down to money, once again...

The state could open up a fund for the parents then up tax rates, or, more without disgust from the people, open up more bus stops. This means more advertising options for the state - think of all the places they could sel advert space. With more advertising they can suppot more companies - so many that are starting up and lack 'exposure' to the populace. The state could even start a fund for the children gained from the revenue generated by a fund of loaning to the people - through a reserve bank loan. But, if this loan is too generous, they will cripple banks, unless they opt for a small business loan only - you may not lend for housing or cars or big loans from this 'fund'.

I realized my script for deleting users was not working properly. For some reason it did delete the user account from the system but did not use the 'userdel -r' command. I think I may have left some home directories in the system that are from old deleted accounts. Is there a command or way I can see what directories under /home are not tied to accounts that are in /etc/passwd?
