Maharashtra Common entrance Test for Engineering: This exam is conducted by the directorate of Technical education for all health sciences, Pharmacy degree and Engineering courses. These exams are conducted at various centers in Maharashtra. The syllabus for these entrance exams is same as for the current year for HSC examination of the HSC board of Maharashtra.
GATE
Entrance Exam for M. Tech colleges in IIT’s: This Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is conducted in eight zones all over the country. This exam is conducted by the GATE Committee on behalf of the National Coordinating board-GATE, Department of Education, Government of India, and Ministry of Human Resources Development. However the overall coordination and responsibility of conducting GATE 2011 is with Indian Institute of Technology Madras. It has been designated as the organizing institute for GATE examination that is to be held in 2011.
NATA
National Aptitude Test in Architecture: This entrance exam is a national level examination for securing admission to under graduate courses in Architecture. National Institute of Advanced Studies in Architecture (NIASA) conducts this entrance exam. This entrance exam is very important for all the individuals who wish to make their career in Architecture. CEE
Combined Entrance Examination: This entrance examination is conducted by the University of Delhi. This entrance examination is for the candidates who want to get admission to the First semester of Bachelor of Engineering (BE) courses. This exam consists of objective type questions in Mathematics (Combined), Chemistry and Physics. These exams are conducted for the candidates of Delhi region for the colleges/ institutes located in New Delhi.
