Gender clash!!!

Its a very subjective question and depends on an individual. I'm unsure if you could generalize it, though stats would say that metros have more independent woman who live career oriented life than other parts of the country.<br><br>On a global level the question would raise eyebrows in developed countries as most women have a career.<br><br><br>
 
Most men from conservative backgrounds prefer the women to stay home. They believe that they should be the sole bread winners. But with the increasing standard of living it is not really practical today unless the man of the house is earning buckets of money!!
 
In my opinion, in today's world men do prefer their wives do be working as it not only bring in the source of income but also groom up the level of understanding between them at different stages and conditions of life be it a professional or a personal field.

most of the time the debate goes on between female managers amd male managers if u support women managers are best then u have to give the chance to prove themself any how both has equal importance in this world of competition
 
ya ofcourse.. they think women should have go outside 2 do job. because now a days we can't survive on single salary.
 
There is no certainty that in todays world both should be working....In my view i prefer women to be housewives rather than working.....coz women had to fill up family responsibilities primarily..... its like keeping two legs on two boats.......hard to balance same time challenging.....women have low calcium levels....low threshold stress levels......

Though many women prefer working but many are in critical stage to prefer between family and job.....esp in case of children..... resulting in low morale upcoming society.....

so, i think women fulfiling family responsibilities is a prerequisite....if she can balance both then there's no problem of women working and continuing the job.........

It depends on the individual, there are husbands who want their wife to go for work and some dont like send their wife for work.

Hi the question is really interesting as men really dont want women to go for a job, i think that women can take the responsibility of both the side i.e. of her family & her job too. What really important is how she is going to balance both. Therefore, its in her hand how she could do that...
 
wel it depends on person to person....dere r certain person who wants to sit in dere home nd wants dere wife to go out nd work nd earn money for dem...nd dere r certain people who wants to apply their knowledge nd earn money for themselves...it also depends on the enviorment they r living...they family dey r with...sometime the husbands wants her wife to work even the wife also want to work bt the family doesnt allow...or even if the family allows the society will make fun of them....so everyting has dere effect on this type of issues...
