In my opinion flexible working really means working in a way that allows us to do our job and meet the needs of our family. The obvious benefit of flexible working is the work-life balance. Employees with flexible hours are not only more satisfied with their jobs but they are more likely to work better.
Everyone prefers flexible work timing, If the employees are given such a chance, both the organization and employees can avail benefits from it.Employees will be productive, if work is done in their convenient time.The only thing is Organization should schedule properly.
