The Selection to FLAME is based on the Entrance Test that includes:
• Holistic Case study
• Opportunity mapping exercise
• Personality testing exercise
• Group Interaction
• Personnel Interview
Students with work experience will get extra weight age.
The students have to do fairly well in all the fields of the selection procedure.
