under the Cooperative Societies Act, 1912.
Cooperative Societies Act is a Central Act
The Registration of Cooperative Society is in which State Government will appoint Registrar of Cooperative Societies
The society can be registered with limited or unlimited liability.
A cooperative society can be formed with at least 10 members of age above 18 years.
