When companies come for final placements to BSchools what are the factors they look for in candidates(besides marks)?
What factors can make a CV standout so that a candidate can be selected for the interview (besides marks)?
I am gng to spl in Finance (IB & Banking)
My marks are not so good, how do I make my CV stand out...I do have experience which is quite differnt frm my batch: 14 mths of entrepreneurial experience(E Business & Engineering supply & services), 11 mths in fam biz (Engineering supply & services) & 23 mths in a subsidiary of a large financial company doing back office wrk in Pension Mgt
