Its true, not all the people - guys stayin in South Mumbai may possess skills like you do. But they r there. Offcourse, if u hav it within you, u will excel but it will tak that extra effort n time. Some Rich, connected will get it done asap.
No matter how hard u work can u replace them from there? Given a choice many wud like to stay at Colaba, and also work hard, but cant make it, that is what we call in MGMT "Sustainable Competitive Advantage"
Daily, we read abt rags to riches story, yes som ppl hav done quite well, but then they had put almost half of their life in achievin something, sacrificed their youth in the process and on the other hand u hav guys in South Mumbai with fancy cars, a days pocket money as gud as a handsom salary for many n likewise.
Heard abt Rahul Mahajan spendin almost 70,000 a day, then why do film personalities sons as a ritual join it, coz firstly actin coms naturally to them, yes som may b talented, n secondly it pays them handsomly to tak care off their lifestyles.
They dont hav to struggl for finding even acting work. Same line u have actressess (if they dont come from filmi background) have to compromise. Have u heard Kareena or Sonam casting couch......? No Director wud dare to.
