1) Is Work experience required to get admission in a college abroad?


Ans : Not all colleges require work experience but a work experience will help you to get admission in a good college.


2) Which tests do I need to give for an International Mba?

Ans : You need to give an english proficiency test either IELTS or TOEFL . Also you will have to give GMAT/GRE for doing MBA from Abroad.

3) Which country is the best for doing an International MBA?

Ans : USA is among the most favourite destination for further studies. However an MBA from USA will require huge investments. Besides USA , MBA from Canada/UK is also a good option. Canada is more prerfereable as it has easy visa procedure as compared to UK.


4) What is the duration of MBA from Abroad?

Ans : It differs from country and Institute. Mba programmes normally have a duration of 12 -24 months.


5) What are the things that i need to know before applying in a college?

Ans: You must first collect information about the colleges that offers the course you are interested in. Also the scope of that degree in that country .


6) Am i allowed to work while studying?

Ans : Yes, you are allowed to work for fixed number of hours in a week part time. Again the time you are allowed to work depends on the country and the college.


7) What are the benefits of studying abroad?

Ans : Some of the benefits of studying abroad is that you get exposed to different cultures . Also an International degree has a high value.


8) How much time will it take me to recover my investment?

Ans: After you start earning you will be able to recover your investments in 2-3 years. Now this also depends on the amount invested and your college.


9) How easy or difficult it is to get the visa ?

Ans : Once you have filled your fees and have the necessary documents..it should not be difficult for you to get the visa. However it is advisable to contact education consultants as they are more aware of the process.


10) What is IELTS ?

Ans: It involves 4 sections i.e Reading Writing Listening and Speaking. Each of them has a band. The maximum band is of 9. The average band required to get admission in a good college is 6 - 6.5.


11) What is the validity of IELTS scores?

Ans : IELTS score is valid upto 2 years.


12) Can i give the IELTS test again ?

Ans: Yes, if you are not happy with your scores than you can give the test again .


13) How is an International MBA an advantage over MBA from India.

Ans: If you are planning to do MBA from India then it is very important to get admission from a top B school. Also without experience the starting salary package is very low. An International MBA seperates you from the crowd and helps you have an edge over others.


14) Is a post graduate course before MBA a good option ?

Ans : You can either work for 2 years in India and then go for MBA abroad or you can also do post graduate diploma in desired field and then go for MBA.
In Canada if you do 1 year post graduate diploma then you get 1 year work permit and if you do 2 year post graduate diploma then you get work permit for 3 years. This is one another popular choice among most Indian students.

15) If i get 70+ marks in English in my HSC then do I still need to give IELTS?

Ans : You may get some college that may give you admission without IELTS but it is recommended to give IELTS to get a good college.

16) How is the band score calculated in IELTS ?

Ans: You will be marked on all four sections seperately and then you will get one overall band score based on the average of the four scores.

17) How often can I reapply for an IELTS test?

Ans: If you are not satisfied with your score and wish to reapply then you can ask for another date but not before 3 months of the test you took before.

18) When will i get my results after giving the test ?

Ans : You should get your results within two weeks after giving the test.

19) Do i require any classes for the test ?

Ans : Not necessary as the test checks your Reading Listening Writing and Speaking abilities. If you have the confidence and know what is required then you can prepare by yourself.

20) Is the IELTS test tough ?

Ans : You must not find much difficulty if you are from an english school.
