Entrepreneurs have the potenal to create immense
social and economic value for a country. However, an
entrepreneur's journey is not without struggles—at
both personal and professi onal l evel s. Young
Entrepreneurs Programme (YEP) aims to prepare
young entrepreneurs to address and overcome these
struggles.
Thi s programme i s i ntended for t he young
entrepreneurs, who want to improve their personal
leadership and the organizaonal and ?nancial
performance of their ?rms as they launch and grow
high impact businesses.

The Major Strengths of the
Programme
§ Opportunity to learn from IIMA faculty with deep
research and teachi ng experse rel ated to
entrepreneurship, leadership, strategy formulaon

This programme is for young entrepreneurs who have
launched new ventures and who aspire to grow their

The case method of study will be the primary
educaonal method. We will focus primarily on case
studies of various entrepreneurial organizaons. In
addion, we will employ a mix of lecture-discussions
and in-class exercises. Parcipants will engage as
protagonists of situaons, re?ect on daily learnings, and
arrive at personal insights that will help them be more
e?ecve as entrepreneurs.

Nominaons should reach the O?cer - Execuve
Educaon latest by September 07, 2015.
All nominaons are subject to review and approval by
the programme faculty (usually aer the due date for
receiving nominaons). A formal acceptance leer will
be sent to selected nominees accordingly. Nominees
are requested to make their travel plan only aer
receiving the acceptance leer.

Nominations and Inquiries
The programme will be held at the Indian Instute of
Management, Ahmedabad. Parcipants get full board
and air-condioned single room accommodaon on
the Instute campus.
IIMA norms do not allow parcipants to have any
guest stay with them during the programme.
Venue and Accommodation
The programme is spread over two modules of six days
each (Total 12 days). First module will be held from Sept
21 to Sept 26, 2015. Second module will be held from
Jan 11 to Jan 16, 2016.
Duration of the Programme
§ Any organizaon sponsoring 3 or 4 parcipants to a
programme will be entled to a discount of 7% on the
programme fee payable.
§ Any organizaon sponsoring 5 or more parcipants
to a programme will be entled to a discount of 10%
on the programme fee payable.
§ Any organizaon sponsoring 25 or more parcipants
across all the programmes in one academic year will
be entled to a discount of overall 15% on the
programme fee payable.
Group Discount
Please note that the cer?cate of parcipaon would
be given by IIM Ahmedabad to only those candidates
who will aend both the modules.
Certi?cate of Participation
Programme Fee and Payment
Rs. 250,000 (+14.00% Service Tax) per person for
parcipants from India and equivalent US Dollars for
parcipants from other countries. The fee includes
tuion fees, programme materials, board and lodging.
The programme fee should be received at the
Execuve Educaon O?ce latest by September 07,
2015. In case of cancellaons, the fee will be refunded
only if a request is received at least 15 days prior to the
start of the programme. If a nominaon is not
accepted, the fee will be refunded to the person /
organizaon concerned.

Disciplinary Areas
Kasturbhai Lalbhai Management Development Centre (KLMDC), located on the IIMA main campus,
and International Management Development Centre (IMDC), located on the new campus, provide an
academic and learning environment for parcipants of the Execuve Educaon Programmes. All rooms at KLMDC
and IMDC are air-condioned and have internet connecvity. They have separate dining halls, a reading lounge,
classrooms and auditorium (with audio-visual and computer projecon facilies), syndicate rooms and computer lab.
The campus is wi-? enabled. Recreaon facilies exist for indoor and outdoor games (badminton, TT, carom, chess,
volleyball and cricket). Parcipants can also take advantage of the Instute's library.
