I don't think so. In India the income is not properly distributed thats why we find more difference between the rich and the poor, because of this improper distribution the rich is becoming richer and the poor is becoming poorer.
So we should develop some new policies where the income is distributed equally and the difference reduces and the purchasing power of the people becomes same to some extent.
