The Gamification workshop:

The Gamification workshop::juggle:
By Mr. Ronen Gafni, Pioneer Gamifier-Israel

In this work shop I learned that how to gamify small-small things and make difficult tasks easier.

Four key points:
- How to generate change?
- Question your basic belief
- Change your point of view
- Do something different

Example: lets play a game
How to get your household chores done by your kid?
Lets gamify this, we want to change the way kids behave regarding to house hold chores,
we want to create a game giving them motivation to do those chores.
Now how to gamify it….?
So first of all we want to make sure that they know what they have to do?
What are the different chores?
We want to make sure that they do it in collaboration if you have more than one kid, then they do it in collaboration not in competition.
And we want to make sure that they do it on time and we want to make sure that there is fun enough so that they keep doing it for long period of time ,not for one week or ten days and they get rid off.
Now you can be in a group of 2 or 4 people, take about 10-15 minutes, build a game, gamify the house chores…
Now its your chance to play this game….share your ideas
:(thankss
