Course unit objective: The objective of the course is to introduce basic concepts and ideas of entrepreneurial
management, through torough and rigorous analysis of multiple relevant scientific topics: identification and
evaluation of entrepreneurial idea, feasibility analysis, geathering necessary resources, starting new venture,
growth management and exit strategies. Holistic approach in acheiving defined goal is based on intertation
previously mastered skilles and expertize in the fieds of management, organization, marketing and finance.
Learning outcomes of Course unit
? Students will be able to fully understand the relevance and potential of entrepreneurship
? Expanded knowledge base about key determinants of entrepreneurial process
? Expertise in analysis and evaluation of business ideas
