Structure of Prathama Bank Exams

Officer Scale II and Officer Scale III (written test)

It is a 2 hour and 30 minutes test with questions from each of the following five sections.

Reasoning Test- 50 questions, each carrying 1 mark
Quantitative Aptitude-50 questions, each carrying 1 mark
Financial Awareness- 50 questions, each carrying 1 mark
General English- 50 questions, each carrying 1 mark
General Hindi- 50 questions, each carrying 1 mark

For Officer Scale I and Office Assistant (written test)

It is a 2 hour and 30 minutes test with questions from each of the following five sections.

Eligibility Criteria

Officer Middle Management Grade (Scale-III) (Group A)

Degree of Electronics & Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology / Banking & Finance or Chartered Accountant from a recognized university
Minimum 5 years of working experience as an Officer in any Bank or Financial Institutions in the respective field
Candidates should be above the age of 21 years and below the age of 40 years

Officer Middle Management Grade (Scale-II) (Group A)

Degree of Electronics & Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology / Agriculture / Horticulture / Dairy / Animal Husbandry / Forestry / Veterinary Science / Agricultural Engineering / Pisciculture / Hindi from a recognized university
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the relevant field
Candidates should be above the age of 21 years and below the age of 32 years

Officer Junior Management Grade (Scale-I) (Group A)

Bachelor degree in any discipline or its equivalent from a recognized University
Good command Hindi & English
Good knowledge in Computer applications
Candidates should be above the age of 18 years and below the age of 28 years

Office Assistant (Multipurpose) (Group B)

Bachelor degree in any discipline or its equivalent from a recognized University
Good command over Hindi & English
Good knowledge in Computer applications
Candidates should be above the age of 18 years and below the age of 28 years

How to Apply?

The candidates are advised to apply Online through the Official site of Prathama bank from the last week of July till the first week of August. The applications made through any other modes will be rejected. The aspirants those who wish to apply have to make a payment of Rs 400/- as application fees. The payment has to be made along with the Challan at any one of the Syndicate branches before the second week of August. After remitting the amount, login in to the Prathama Bank website and fill the application carefully.
